Pork and tofu sisig is a variation of the classic sisig dish that uses pork belly and tofu. Pork and tofu sisig is a flavorful and satisfying dish that is perfect for a party or a casual meal. It is also a good source of protein and vegetables.
| 2 | cups | Golden Fry Palm Oil |
| 150 | grams | Monterey Pork Belly |
| 4 (100 g each) | pcs | Tofu, cubed |
| 1 (100 g) | pc | Onion, chopped |
| 2 | pcs | Green finger chili peppers, sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | Dari Creme Classic |
| 1 | tbsp | Chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 | tbsp | Chopeed green bell pepper |
| 1 (220 g) | pack | Magnolia Real Mayonnaise |
| 3 | tbsp | Oyster Sauce |
| 1 | tsp | Liquid seasoning |
| 2 | tbsp | Calamansi juice |
| 1/4 | cup | water |
| 1 | Preheat oil in a pan, deep fry pork for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Chop into small cubes. Set aside. |
| 2 | In the same pan, deep fry tofu until golden brown. Drain off excess oil in paper towels. Set aside. |
| 3 | To make sauce; in a hot pan over medium heat, sauté margarine with 2 tbsp of chopped onions. Add bell peppers and sauté for another minute. Mix in mayonnaise, oyster sauce, water, and calamansi juice. Let simmer then remove from heat. |
| 4 | Mix pork, tofu and remaining ingredients with the sauce. Serve on a preheated sizzling plate. |
