Ingredients

1/2 (100 g)packPurefoods Bacon Crumble
2tbspMagnolia Gold Butter Salted
8clovesGarlic, minced
200g(15 pcs)Medium size shrimps, peeled and deveined, tail-on
1 (200 g)canButton mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
2 (250 ml)packsMagnolia All-purpose Cream
1/4tbspIodized fine salt
1/8tbspPepper
1/4kgSpaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1/2cupMagnolia Cheeze, grated
1 (5g)tbspParsley, chopped

Procedure

1In a pan over low heat, cook bacon in its own oil until crispy and fat has rendered. Set aside.
2In the same pan with bacon oil, melt butter and sauté garlic for a minute. Add shrimps and mushrooms. Sauté until shrimps start to turn orange in color.
3Slowly pour in cream while stirring. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 3 minutes more.
4Add cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated. Turn off heat.
5Top with bacon, cheese and parsley just before serving.
Yield5 cups pasta with 4 cups sauce/ 1 cup of pasta with 3/4 cup sauce per serving
