Ingredients

2cupsGolden Fry Palm Oil
150gramsMonterey Pork Belly
4 (100 g each)pcsTofu, cubed
1 (100 g)pcOnion, chopped
2 pcsGreen finger chili peppers, sliced

SAUCE

1/4cupDari Creme Classic
1tbspChopped red bell pepper
1tbspChopeed green bell pepper
1 (220 g)packMagnolia Real Mayonnaise
3tbspOyster Sauce
1tspLiquid seasoning
2tbspCalamansi juice
1/4cupwater

Procedure

1Preheat oil in a pan, deep fry pork for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Chop into small cubes. Set aside.
2In the same pan, deep fry tofu until golden brown. Drain off excess oil in paper towels. Set aside.
3To make sauce; in a hot pan over medium heat, sauté margarine with 2 tbsp of chopped onions. Add bell peppers and sauté for another minute. Mix in mayonnaise, oyster sauce, water, and calamansi juice. Let simmer then remove from heat.
4Mix pork, tofu and remaining ingredients with the sauce. Serve on a preheated sizzling plate.
