- Launched the 1st Carrito
1926
- In Oct 1, inaugurated new ice cream plant at 660 Echaque St.
1929
- Introduced Chocolait, Whole Cow’s Recon Milk & Cream, Cottage Cheese and Buttermilk
1940's
- Introduced Fresh Cow’s Milk in 1945
- Resumed sales of ice cream & dairy to civilians after WWII I in 1946
1950's
- Launch of Magnolia Rendezvous Restaurant & Caterer
- Conceptualized the long running “Magnolia Flavor of the Month” in 1954
1960's
- Modern Dairy Farm was maintained to assure continuous supply
1970’s
- Transferred production of ice cream to Aurora plant
- Entered into poultry business under the Magnolia brand
- Introduced milk in tetra packs
1980’s
- Joint venture of San Miguel Corporation with New Zealand Dairy Board (NZDB) & became Philippine Dairy Product Corporation (PDPC)
- PDPC became a business unit of SMC-Magnolia Division
1990’s
- Joint venture of Magnolia and Nestle Corp. in 1994
2000's
- In 2002, San Miguel Corp wholly owned Magnolia Inc
- Re-entered into ice cream & milk categories under Magnolia
- Iconic Magnolia logo transition in celebration of its 90th anniversary. The new Magnolia logo was designed to respect the past and the promise of the future. Celebrating goodness everyday is built into the logo and each Magnolia product.
