| 1/4 | cup | achuete seeds |
| 2 | tbsp | minced garlic |
| 2 (180 g each) | cans | tuna in water |
| 1/8 | cup | calamansi juice |
| 1/2 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
| 1/8 | tsp | pepper |
| 150 | grams | nachos |
| 1/4 | cup | grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE |
| 2 | tbsp | chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 | tsp | chopped parsley |
| 1 | Melt margarine in a pan and add achuete seeds. Cook over low heat until achuete color bleeds out. Strain and discard seeds. |
| 2 | In the same pan, add back achuete oil and then sauté garlic. Add tuna, calamansi juice, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. |
| 3 | Arrange nachos on a plate. Top with tuna inasal, cheese, red bell pepper and parsley. |
